Book Swimming The pools are now closed until Easter 2022 Tickets will be on sale and available via the links on this page again in 2022. Longer sessions can be booked online or you can just turn up and queue. Short sessions must be booked online - you will not be able to just turn up and swim. Please note all bookings are non-refundable and can't be changed to alternative times or days. We do not offer spectator tickets, if you wish to enter the pool enclosure you will need to buy a swimming ticket, even if you're not swimming. Please make sure you book carefully and correctly for every person who is entering the facility. We are only releasing dates 1 week in advance - please keep checking back for dates beyond the next 7 days, online booking for each new day opens at 6.30am. (e.g. at 6.30am on Tuesday, the following Tuesday will be available to book.) How it works for booking online-only short sessions (i.e. Adults only, 1h 45min/1 hour 30 min general swims) You can book your session via the link at the bottom of this page. Please arrive no more than 10 to 15 minutes before your booked session time, in your swimwear ready to go. You will be expected to queue along the fence keeping a two-meter distance from other people. At your session time, a member of staff will open the door and check your name off on the sessions bookings. You will go straight onto poolside through our spectator door. On poolside there are toilets and changing cubicles but our advice is not to use them where possible. If you need to use the disabled changing room (located inside the facility) or need to use our pool hoist please contact us before your visit so we can get as much ready before as possible. You can swim for the duration of your session but you must leave the whole pool facility at the session end time. For example, a general swim from 5.00 until 6.45pm, the pool will be cleared at 6.40pm and you must have left the whole pool facility by 6.45pm. This allows our staff time to clean the facility before new swimmers come into the building. During your swim, we ask that you are mindful of your distancing between yourself and other households. Covid-19 can’t be transferred through chlorinated pool water at the chlorination levels used in commercial swimming pools. We always carry out regular testing of our pool water and will carry out additional cleaning throughout the areas used, paying particular attention to any touchpoints. Poolside may have some areas closed off to keep a safe distance from our staff or remind swimmers about keeping a safe distance from other swimmers. Please be aware of these areas. We want to make the pools feel as close to normal as possible while keeping everyone safe and respecting any guidance issued. This is going to be challenging at best and we would ask for your understanding in helping us to achieve the right balance for everyone while trying to remain financially viable. How it works for general swim day tickets - Mon-Sat: 12pm - 5:15pm and Sunday: 10am - 3.45pm Each day we will be running a longer general swim. This session will have a limited number of tickets available to pre-book, in advance, online, they include a 50p (per person) queue jump charge, which allows those with advanced tickets to arrive before the end of the first hour and gain entry before people without tickets. If you have advance purchase tickets and arrive after the first hour then your ticket will still be valid but you will need to queue for entry, without priority. You can just turn up for these sessions but please note that on sunny days there is often a long queue because we often reach our maximum capacity, which means we need to stop entry until there is space available in the pool. The only way to avoid this is to book one of the limited advanced tickets and arrive within the first hour. We will run these sessions at our pre-pandemic capacity. If you would like a quieter session please consider an adult-only session or one of our shorter general swim sessions, which we limit the numbers in. We take booking 7 days in advance. For example on a Tuesday at 6.30am, the following Tuesday sessions go live. There is no discount for staying on the caravan site. We look forward to seeing you. Book Your Swimming Session Please queue outside the building, along the fence to the left of reception, at your allotted time. Please remember that we have guests staying on our caravan site and we would politely remind you to keep noise to a minimum early in the morning. Swimmers should come ready and where possible not need to use the toilet or changing facilities. These are available on poolside or we have a disabled changing room internally.
