Jubilee Park caravan site is open from the 12th April to the 17th October 2021. Bookings are now being taken for the 2021 season.

Please read the information below carefully!

From the 12th April until the 17th May the shared facilities of the shower and toilet block, laundry, washing up, baby change, disabled shower and toilet will all remain closed. Each area has a water point accessible and there is an elsan point and grey water disposal point outside available for use. During this time we will only be accepting Caravans and Motorhomes that have their own facilities. Please note that during this time you need to have all the facilities you need for your stay within your unit. If you have a campervan and have all of the facilities you need within your unit You can book under a motorhome and put a note in the notes section to this effect. No group bookings from separate households are available during this period.

From the 17th May our shared facilities reopen but along with government guidance, there are very strict rules that will need to be followed. Please note that the guidance is provided by the government and will impact on your stay if you plan to use the shared facilities.

The toilets area can open as planned with strict capacity limits, social distancing measures in place and masks to be worn at all times (unless exempt). The sinks are for handwashing only and will not be available for any other use. Shaving, brushing teeth, combing hair, etc will all need to be done on your pitch. Our shower blocks will have all of the windows open in addition to our existing ventilation, with no heating on. Hand sanitizer and cleaning products will be available in each area. Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times while using the facilities by an adult. Our separate male and female areas will become unisex for a period of time due to the guidance on shower areas.

The showers within each area will have strict capacity limits, which will need to be adhered too at all times. Should the shower area be at that capacity please wait outside the facility for a shower to become available. The areas you use will need to be cleaned by you before and after each use with the antibac spray provided. Please remember to wear a face mask at all times apart from when in the shower cubicle. 

Our laundry and washing up room will be limited to one household at any one time and as such the washing machines and dryers will not be available for use. Please be mindful of this and where possible carry out dishwashing at your pitch, disposing of the water at grey waste points around the site.

Our disabled toilet and shower room will need to be cleaned before and after each use by the user. If you have a radar key and require access to the disabled toilet/shower room please make us aware before arriving.

Our advice for any of the facilities at the park is that the safest way to enjoy your stay is to be as self-sufficient as possible and if at all possible not need to use or limit the use of our shared facilities.

Arrival is strictly between 12noon and 5pm (7pm on Friday and Saturday). Departure must be before 11am on the day of departure.

Please use the main entrance to the Park. This has a large Jubilee Park sign, when approaching from the village centre, and has a brown ‘Jubilee Park’ sign on the opposite side of the road, to be seen from both directions. The other entrance onto maple avenue should only be used by caravans and motorhomes to exit the park.

Please follow the road past the swimming pool entrance and stop at the sign for touring arrivals. A member of our team will come over to your vehicle and take you over to your pitch. Please don’t leave your vehicle. Our staff will need to give you some paperwork and they will do this without coming into contact with you.

The site office is closed to visitors. We will have bottled Gas and some essentials on sale for emergencies. Please call the office to organise payment and delivery of these products during office hours.

Please remember to keep your distance between yourself and other parties. The current guidance is that this should be at least 2 meters, where ever possible.

If your stay with us is canceled due to forced government closure you will be offered either: a full refund, a change of dates, or you can keep your account in credit for a future booking.
