Rhubarb Theatre Company Alice in Wonderland - Interactive Theatre www.rhubarbtheatre.co.uk Wonderland of Games: Join Rhubarb Theatre for a wonderland experience as you shrink into the gardens of the Queen of Hearts to find yourselves amongst her large lawn games. Once there, you might get knotted up in the Alice-themed twister, go crackers with the croquet, or become champions of the chequers board. But watch out for her court jokers, they bring mayhem and madness as the White Rabbit, Mad Hatter and even the Queen herself tumble into play. Jo has worked across Lincolnshire with her ‘Make it to Break it’ pottery classes. Develop your skills in using clay and creating a pot to take home and be proud of. Castle Bowmen Archery Taster Sessions Have-A-Go Archery Taster Sessions – Providing a taster of a sport 10,000 years in the making. An archery have-a-go with Olympic faces and Field archery 3D’s Woodhall Spa Parish Council Children’s Treasure Hunt The theme will be aimed at the Jubilee and significant events over the Queen’s reign. Craft - Decorating Crowns and Painting Flags Craft - Cake decorating Guild Dogs for the Blind Obstacle Course - Blindfolded The obstacle course is set up to help sighted people understand how their actions affect partially sighted people in their everyday lives. You will be guided around an obstacle course, whilst blindfolded, to give you a better understanding of a blind person's world. Knight School Blue Knight Public Speaking Academy A Knighting in the Bandstand The Knight School - Children, aged 6 &7 yrs old, are taught the medieval codes of conduct. The children will join us in front of the bandstand to demonstrate their new found skills, which culminate in a knighting ceremony to be performed by the Queen's Champion. The Blue Knight Public Speaking Academy - Children have attended a course which prepares then public speaking. Each child will address the audience with a short extract taken from the Queen's speeches from over her 70 year reign. Games - Splat the Rat and Bean Bags Badge Making Craft Table www.cottagemuseum.co.uk The Woodhall Spa Cottage Museum is a joy to explore and packed with Intriguing stories and displays about Woodhall Spa, the local area and the Wield family, who lived in the building from 1887 until the 1960s. Also providing advice on wildlife gardening and information on the Children’s Nature Watch Club and volunteering and membership opportunities.
