2. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa accepts no liability for any of the following:
   1. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
   2. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
   3. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Swimming/Event Booking

Please note no glass containers can be brought into the pool area or in the garden events

1. Payments & booking:
   1. The person making the booking will be known as the Party Leader
   2. The Party Leader is not able to transfer the booking to another person.
   3. Full payment for the event is required at the time of booking.
   4. Bookings are not valid without payment in full.
   5. Sorry, no refunds or transfers to alternative dates/times can be given on swimming/event bookings.
   6. We reserve the right to review prices and will notify customers with a minimum of 3 days’ notice.
   7. Please see specific pool or event rules. These can be found on our website.
   8. Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa will charge an additional fee for any damage caused (accidental or deliberate) by event/activity attendees and/or participants in order to repair or replace items. Any additional repair or necessary replacement undertaken by Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa as a result of the event shall be charged and payable within 15 days. If a debt collection agent is used to recoup money owed to Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa Ltd then the client will be charged for the agent fees.
2. Cancellation by Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa Ltd:
   1.  Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change any booking or event at any time prior to its commencement and to refuse admission to the event or centre.
   2. We can add to, change, withdraw or cancel facilities or activities from the centre without notice. This includes closing a centre or making changes to opening hours for safety reasons, maintenance or special events.
   3. In the case of cancellation for your Event booking, Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa will refund you the full price. Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa Ltd shall not be responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled or rescheduled event including any booking fees
   4. There is no entitlement to a refund where Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa is forced to cancel part or all of an event due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. However, refunds may be given at Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa's discretion.
3. Cancellation by the Party leader
   1. If the Party leader cancels a booking no refunds or transfers to future dates/sessions will be given.
4. Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
   1. Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, property or injury, illness or death on its premises unless caused by its own negligence.
   2. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid for the relevant event/activity and we shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.
   3. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to an event which has been arranged by you are at your own risk.
   4. Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa cannot be held responsible if you do not receive event information, unless such non-receipt is caused by our negligence.
   5. These terms and conditions are a contract between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of the terms.
   6. We may revise our terms and conditions from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements we make to events and related services.
   7. Facilities, services and equipment availability may vary. You must check with the events manager for details before making a booking. It may be possible for us to arrange additional equipment, furniture, etc. Notice of the required equipment, facilities and services must be requested at the time of the booking. Availability cannot be guaranteed for later bookings. Additional charges for extra equipment, services and facilities may apply.
   8. We reserve the right to request that any person leaves an event if that person’s conduct is unacceptable (in the Event Managers reasonable opinion). No refund of fees or any other costs will be made in these circumstances.
5. Comments and Feedback
   1. Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa events and activities are designed to provide an enjoyable and high-quality experience for those attending. We welcome your feedback. If you wish to speak to someone regarding the level of service, please talk to the Event Manager immediately.
   2. Any complaints should be emailed or put in writing to the Park Manager via our Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa website: www.jpws.co.uk
   3. Should your personal details change, please notify us immediately. As a valued customer we would like to ensure you get all the benefits to which you are entitled, so please let us know if you change your name, address, telephone numbers or email address and we will amend our records accordingly.

Shop Purchases

1. Orders 
   1. We can only accept orders from customers in the UK
   2. All orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
   3. All debit and credit card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer; Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa will not be held accountable for any delays or non-delivery of goods without accepted payments.
   4. In the rare instance that products are not immediately available, Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa will aim to make these products available within 7 days or notify you of any issues. 
   5. Any changes to the product specification or packaging will be made known to the buyer prior to dispatch and we will await confirmation.
   6. Any orders not fully confirmed by the buyer in this instance will be cancelled and any money issued shall be returned.
   7. Once orders have been processed, buyers will receive an email confirming the order.
   8. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order at their absolute discretion and without explanation. 
2. Payment 
   1. All payments are due upon receipt of goods.
   2. Failure to receive payment (including declined payments) will result in the buyer forfeiting the ownership of any items purchased.
   3. Goods will only be shipped once payment is received. 
3. Delivery
   1. Delivery charges will be made available to the buyer before the purchasing of products and will be agreed by the seller at the time of purchase.
   2. If an item is damaged during shipping, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether a full refund or exchange is acceptable.
   3. Standard delivery to mainland Britain takes 2-5 working days.
   4. Working days are Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
   5. We do not currently offer international shipping.
4. Refunds and Returns
   1. Items are entitled to be credited, refunded or returned upon receipt of payment and a request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
   2. Any item damaged during shipping and accepted by the seller will be replaced free of charge upon receipt of damaged goods by Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa at the address provided below.
   3. Refunded goods must be returned in a sellable and unused condition, including their original packaging.
   4. All accepted refunds will be made by the original payment method.
   5. Any goods returned by post may take up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
   6. Items returned via post are at the buyer’s risk and items lost/damaged in transit will not be the seller’s responsibility.
   7. Postage costs for any returns made will not be credited.
   8. We would advise our buyers who return items by post to obtain a certificate of posting.
   9. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. 
   10. Buyers are encouraged to take into account descriptions of items they are purchasing; it is your own responsibility to ensure all products and services meet your specific requirements.

General

1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
2. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
3. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
4. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.
5. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
7. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
8. No glass containers can be brought into the pool area.
9. You may bring a picnic into the park. You may bring a chair into the park. Unfortunately we do not allow picnic blankets or tables of any kind. 
10. NO ANIMALS of any kind, including dogs, are allowed into ticketed music events.
