If your stay with us is cancelled due to forced government closure you will be offered either: a full refund, a change of dates, or you can keep your account in credit for a future booking.

Definitions: Adults are 16 and above, children are 5 -15, under 5s are free. Age is on day of arrival

A pitch is for one unit. It can’t be used for more than one unit. You are not able to have 2 tents on a pitch or a tent and a caravan.

Bookings are not transferable and must be used by the person booking the pitch and a pitch can’t be jointly bought by more than one party.

Any awnings must be connected to the unit as per the manufacturer's instructions. Event tents/ gazebos and tents can’t be used as awnings and are not allowed. Please make us aware if your awning connects to a different area of your van (such as the back or you have a European unit) so we can double-check that we can accommodate you.
