Woodhall Spa 10k Community Road Race

Great News for 2023

Jubilee Park and Woodhall Spa 10K are delighted to confirm that the future of the Woodhall Spa 10k is in good hands and the 2023 race will go ahead after securing the support and cooperation of Curly’s Athletes. Curly’s Athletes are a great fit for us and their extensive involvement with charity and community races was a great bonus, their mantra of “Purpose before profit” fits perfectly with our event and organisational ethos.

We are really looking forward to working with them to deliver the 2023 race and beyond.

We look forward to welcoming runners and supporters back to Jubilee Park and the start line.

Where does the course take me?

The course is a BARR (British Association of Road Races) certified course, consisting of one loop starting and finishing in Jubilee Park. It is a flat scenic route capable of producing personal best times. Each km is marked and volunteer marshals are at each junction.

What time should I arrive?

The park gets very busy, so please allow plenty of time. People start to congregate at the start line about 15 mins before the start time.

Where is Jubilee Park?

The postcode for the park in LN10 6QH, however when you arrive in Woodhall Spa, volunteer marshals will direct you to the race car parks.

What facilities are available in the park?

Toilets are situated throughout the park. Our Race HQ is located at the Cricket Pavilion, here we have limited changing facilities, and a small area for baggage storage. Please be aware that all baggage is left at the owner’s risk.

Will there be water available on the course?

Yes, there will be water stations on the course and water available to all at the finish. Signs will be placed on the course to indicate that you are approaching a water station.

Can I run with headphones?

Due to the race being run on live roads, and following recommendations from UK Athletics and the British Association of Road Races, we ask you NOT to wear/use a music device.

There have been some incidents at events in the country and we need to ensure that you can hear directions from the marshals, traffic and other competitors.

Can I run with my dog?

No. Dogs are not allowed on the course. We also do not allow supporters to follow on cycles.
